After watching each vignette, participants will break into small groups to discuss the issues presented and then come together in a large group to discuss the issues in an open forum with the moderator and program facilitators. A sampling of the topics that will be discussed this year includes responsibilities of partners, client confidentiality, client communication, fee suits, technology and security, and managing a firm. If you wish to understand why attorneys are their partners' keepers, then this program is one that should not be missed! Stay tuned for registration details.
